ADHD EVALUATION (Ages 18+) - This evaluation will answer the following questions:
1. Do I have an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis as an adult?
2. What type of ADHD do I have?
3. Do I have Executive Functioning Deficits, and, if so, in what areas of my life?
4. Do I have Functional Impairments, and, if so, in what areas of my life?
Adult ADHD symptoms may include:
